Are you the child support agency?
No, we provide a service that assists our clients (paying or receiving parents) with their Child Support matters. We become your advocate with the Services Australia- Child Support dealing with matter on your behalf after consultation with you.
Does this cost money?
Yes, as you can understand, we do have costs to cover and we do need to charge for our service. As to how much is costs, it really depends on what you want to achieve through our service. Our prices vary depending on your specific needs, for a general outline please download the 'Our Services Guide', which can be found under 'Services', from the menu above. Please note we do not encourage people to engage our services unless we can believe that there will be a benefit from doing so.
How quickly can you help me?
Straight away. If you engage us we can set up a conference call with Services Australia – Child Support for you to authorise them to speak with us so we can get started on your case immediately.
How often can I speak to someone from your team?
We try to touch base with our clients at least once a month. In some urgent cases we need to communicate daily. Usually this is by email but we are available by phone.
